KlingMoi creates custom fridge photo magnets using images provided by customers. When you use our service, you acknowledge that the final product depends on the image quality and instructions you provide.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and businesses.
 
2. Eligibility
 
To use this site or place an order, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or use the site with parental permission

• Provide accurate, complete information

• Agree not to use the site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
   

3. Products & Services
 
We offer:

• Custom fridge photo magnets

• Bundles and packs for personal use

• Bulk and promotional orders for businesses

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or pricing at any time.


4. Custom Image Uploads
 
When you upload images, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the image or you have permission to use it

• The image does not violate copyrights, trademarks, or any legal restrictions

• The content is appropriate and does not contain harmful, illegal, or hateful material

We may refuse any order if an uploaded image is inappropriate or violates these terms.


5. Order Process & Accuracy
 
You are responsible for:

• Reviewing your order details before submitting

• Uploading high-resolution images

• Providing correct contact and delivery information

We are not responsible for errors resulting from poor-quality images or incorrect order information provided by you.


6. Pricing & Payment
 

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated

• Taxes and delivery fees may apply

• Payment is required in full before production

• We accept:

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

  • eTransfer

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but you will always be charged the price shown at checkout.

7. Production Time & Delivery
 
Production typically begins once payment and the correct images are received.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Order size

• Season

• Courier or pickup availability

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers or incorrect delivery information.

8. Refunds, Cancellations & Returns
 
Because magnets are custom-made, we cannot accept returns unless the product:

• Arrives damaged

• Contains a manufacturing defect

• Is different from what you ordered

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Cancellations are only possible before production begins.

9. Intellectual Property
 
All content on klingmoi.com (logo, branding, text, graphics, layouts) is owned by KlingMoi and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without permission.
Images uploaded by customers remain your property, but by submitting them you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to produce the products you ordered.
We will never use your photos for marketing without your explicit written consent.

10. Prohibited Uses
 
You agree not to use our site or services to:

• Upload unlawful or copyrighted images without permission

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or harm the site

• Engage in fraudulent activity

• Harass or harm staff or other users

• Scrape, copy, or misuse the website’s content or code

11. Limitation of Liability
 
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• KlingMoi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free use of the website

• Payment processors

• Shipping carriers
